Sporting success for talented hockey player

Ben Stoney (Y11) from Birkdale School, Sheffield, has been selected to play in the England U18 Hockey team playing in the first week of the Easter holidays at Exeter University in the forthcoming 4-Nations tournament in Exeter, against Germany, Holland and Spain.
He scored twice in a recent tournament when he was involved in a week long training camp in Gibraltar, playing Ireland in a series of friendly matches, also meeting the England senior team who were staying there. At this training, he was selected as part of the team of 18, to go forward to represent England.
