PP1 visit two local farms
09 May 2007

An excited group of 34 PP1 boys set off to visit Graves Park and Whirlow Hall Farm to see how many different animals they could meet up with.
They found some lovely soft lambs, some greedy goats, a large group of 5-day old piglets all trying to get a drink from their mummy, a pony with feathered hair covering her feet and all sorts of chickens with a wide variety of "hairstyles".
A great day was had by all, and the rain even held off until an hour after we got back to school.
