Rensburg Winners

The Economics and Business Studies Department is pleased to announce that this year's winners of the 2006/7 Rensburg Fantasy Shares Race is the Stocksters. The team comprising of Rebecca Prince, Justine Abdullah, Iftkhar Hussein, Richard Coles, Craig Webb, Nicholas Snook and Jeremy Webster made £21,287.2, with a £100,000 portfolio, over a six month period, beating a large number of city fund managers. This is the second year in a row that Birkdale School has taken first in this regional shares trading competition. Well Done.
