Birkdale pupil selected to play hockey for England

Congratulations to Ben Stoney, a Lower Sixth pupil from Birkdale School, who has been selected to play in the U18 England Hockey Four Nation tournament soon to take place in Holland over the Easter weekend.
The nations involved are England, Netherlands, Spain and Germany. Ben currently plays for Sheffield U 18’s and also Sheffield 1st team playing right wing.
