S5R Karting Trip

Mr Rodgers together with sixteen boys from his form S5R enjoyed the exhilaration and excitement of an evening karting. The trip was particularly aimed at celebrating the end of Middle School as the pupils look forward to their GCSE exams.

Mr Rodgers commented: "The boys really displayed some impressive driving skills. There were several tight bends on the course which resulted in some rapid turns and dramatic crashes. As the lap times became quicker and quicker it became more competitive and in the final race of the evening Jacob Armitage finished third, James Swift came second and Lewis Chinchen finished first. I will be sorry to see the form leave but very much wish everyone successful exams and the best for their future sixth form career".
