On Thursday 4th June Prep 4 went to Magna where they were taught some essential Life skills.
All the boys were involved with the crucial crew workshops relating to such issues as what to do in case of a house fire and strategies to cope if approached by a gang.
They discussed the 101 telephone number which can be used in Sheffield and Rotherham for reporting incidents of social natures eg. Graffiti .
The boys were given instruction on road safety and in particular the stopping distances needed by cars.
Finally the boys were told about free travel on buses for children in South Yorkshire. This information was popular with the boys.
Overall the sessions were thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and found them practical and informative.
