40 Lower School pupils accompanied by several staff went to central London for three days recently to enjoy a whirlwind non-stop tour of the Big City.
A guided tour of the main historical attractions of London followed by a boat trip on the Thames acquainted them with the main landmarks, whilst a visit to Madame Tussauds, a West End tour of the theatres and a Stage Combat workshop in Convent Garden gave them a cultural feel for the city. Finally, a trip on the London Eye finished off the excursions nicely.
The boys came back thoroughly exhausted from the pace of it all, but also highly enthused and exhilarated by the whole adventure.
