Birkdale won first prize in 2 categories in the Sheffield Young Painters competition.
Congratulations to Simon Parkin who won the prize for drawing and also to Matthew Jarvis who won a prize for painting.
All the entries from Birkdale have been accepted for the exhibition. Simon and Matthew will have tea with the Lord Mayor on Wednesday 28th April and will receive their awards at Ponds Forge on Friday 7th April.
