P1 enjoyed a super trip to Clumber Park. They investigated a new part of the woods not previously explored by Birkdale boys.
Their day started with a trail. The boys hunted for moss, ferns, rocks and other natural materials. Later they had the opportunity to play in the adventure park which was a very popular time with the boys.
For lunch the boys enjoyed a fantastic barbeque which certainly filled the hungry merry men!
The boys spent the afternoon working in teams to build dens. This was a tricky operation as due to the recent warm weather the ground was especially hard. However despite the difficult conditions the boys used some creative ideas.
The day ended with a some football and cricket in true Birkdale Spirit. The teachers send their thanks to the boys for their exceptional behaviour.
