Economics & Business Studies - Activities
We see it as essential that students are able to see ‘concepts in action’ and thus run a number of trips each year. In the Christmas Term we visit Swann-Morton in Hillsborough, a leading manufacturer of surgical blades. We also visit Coca Cola’s bottling and distribution branch in Wakefield. Each summer, in partnership with the Department of Government & Politics, we run a Y12/L6 trip to the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and the Bank of England.
