We are now well into the summer term and although we are not physically at school, we continue to deliver our comprehensive remote learning programme.

The health and well-being of our school community has always been our priority, but we have also worked hard to ensure we continue to provide an excellent academic education for our pupils. We are delighted with how our staff and pupils have adapted to their “new normal” and with the positive feedback we have received.

There have been many interesting lessons across the whole school. In Pre-Prep, our youngest pupils are using the platform Seesaw and many parents are reporting how well this is working and that their children are enjoying seeing their teacher’s every day. In Prep School, Senior School and Sixth Form we are using Google Classroom to deliver a timetable of online lessons.

Today (11 May) we see the start of our Sixth Form induction programme – introducing Year 11 students to their A level studies. This runs for six weeks and we will be providing online lessons and support. We are determined, despite missing out on sitting their GCSE examinations, to provide our Sixth Form with a head start on their A levels.
